One classifier, everywhere
Built-in sensitive data types for Austria, Germany, the UK and the EU, exact data match, fingerprinting and trainable classifiers trained locally. The same engine labels and enforces DLP in every app, so a rule behaves the same wherever it runs.
Find data wherever it sits
Gov Scanner searches file shares, PostgreSQL databases and S3 or Prismara Cloud storage, with OCR for scans. Gov Connect brings in mbox and eml mail plus Slack and WhatsApp archives. Both run on your own hardware and send only signed records.
Retention you can prove
Retention policies, legal holds, records that unlock only by quorum, and disposal by crypto-shredding with a signed certificate for every deletion.
eDiscovery and investigations
Quorum-approved cases with review, de-duplication, threading, tagging, redaction and standard exports. Data Security Investigations stay members-only, with sealed analyses.
Insider risk without surveillance
Insider risk alerts are pseudonymised, and communication compliance runs on the device. Information Barriers keep groups apart where regulation requires it.
Ready for Austrian works councils
Communication compliance and insider risk cannot be switched on in Austria without a recorded works agreement under ArbVG §96.
