Tenants are provisioned, suspended and resumed from Prismara Admin. A suspended tenant can still read, stop and delete.

SovSec owns the service layer
The infrastructure supplier is a sub-processor. Portal, identity, policy, keys and audit stay with SovSec.
Fail closed
Requests are denied unless a policy allows them, and denials are audited.
Tenant isolation
PostgreSQL row-level security separates every tenant's resources.
Tamper-evident audit
A SHA-256 hash-chained audit log that you can verify in the browser.
