Prismara Folio is the document editor in Prismara Work. Several people can edit at once, comment and suggest changes, and every edit is encrypted and signed in the browser. Documents round-trip through .odt and .docx.

See others' cursors and edits as they type, merged by an in-house CRDT.
Comments and suggestions
Threaded comments with replies and resolve, plus suggested changes that authors accept or reject.
Commenter role
People with the Commenter role can comment and suggest but not edit, enforced by every client.

Tables, images, footnotes, table of contents and page breaks.
Page setup
Headers, footers and page numbers for printing and PDF.
Version history
Preview any earlier version and restore it.
How it's secured
Prismara Folio follows the engineering rules shared across the suite, plus these product-specific measures.
Clean images
Images are redrawn in the browser to strip hidden metadata, then encrypted and bound to the document.
Signed edits
Each author's edits form a signed chain, and Folio reports any edit that was withheld.
All or nothing
A signed batch of edits applies completely or not at all, so every copy of a document stays identical.
