Documents, spreadsheets and slides, encrypted before they leave your browser.
Prismara Work is SovSec's browser-first office suite, written in Rust from scratch. Files, documents, spreadsheets and presentations are encrypted in the browser, so the server stores data it cannot read. OpenDocument is the native format, with Microsoft Office files imported and exported.
What Prismara Work does
Geode
Personal file storage with version history and sharing links.
Folio
Documents with real-time co-editing, comments, suggestions and version history.
Lattice
Spreadsheets, planned for phase 2.
Lumen
Presentations, planned for phase 3.
Real-time co-editing
An in-house CRDT merges edits from several people without the server seeing the content.
Works with Spaces
Team and department documents live in Prismara Spaces and open straight into Work.
How it's secured
Prismara Work follows the engineering rules shared across the suite, plus these product-specific measures.
Server can't read your files
AES-256-GCM encryption and Ed25519 signatures run in the browser. The server stores ciphertext.
Post-quantum key exchange
Keys are shared with a hybrid X25519 and ML-KEM-768 exchange.
Signed edit history
Every author's edits are signed and chained, so withheld or altered edits are detected when a document reopens.
Tamper-proof app
A signed-release check refuses a modified copy of the web app.
Connects to the rest of the suite
Want SovSec to run it for you?
SovSec provides managed security, SOC and Microsoft 365 services for organisations in the UK and DACH region, and can run Prismara as part of that service.
